After finalising its disposal plan, Clariane is adjusting its governance

After completing the disposal plan announced on November 14, 2023, covering in total 51 care facilities and clinics in France, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom as well as, in France, all of its home hospitalisation activities and the Petits-Fils network of homecare services, Clariane is adjusting its organisation to reflect the Group's new operational scope.
Rémi Boyer, Deputy CEO of the Group, who was also since October 2023 holding the position of CEO of Korian Germany, is handing over in this position in Germany to Christian Gharieb, currently Deputy CEO and formerly COO of Korian Germany since 2019.
As Deputy CEO of Clariane, Rémi Boyer will now oversee Clariane’s operations in three countries (Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands), as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Korian Germany and of the Board of Directors of Korian Belgium. He continues to steer the Group's operational excellence and performance program.
Having conducted the disposals included in the French scope, Nicolas Mérigot, Chairman of Clariane France since 2020, will transition this position to Aymeric Mathias, currently Deputy CEO of Clariane France and formerly in charge of Korian France business unit since 2019.
Nicolas Mérigot will pursue as an advisor to the Group's CEO, representing the Group until the end of the year within the main professional organisations.
Christian Gharieb, Aymeric Mathias and Pierre Maitrot, Director of the Inicea activities in France, will join the Group's Management Board as of September 1, 2025.
The Clariane Group’s Management Board will be composed of Sophie Boissard, CEO, Rémi Boyer, Deputy CEO, Dominiek Beelen, Marion Cardon, Frédéric Durousseau, Anne-Charlotte Dymny, Christian Gharieb, Federico Guidoni, Gregory Lovichi, Pierre Maitrot, Aymeric Mathias, Nicolas Pécourt, Antoine Piau, Charles-Antoine Pinel, Nadège Plou and Frédéric Vern.
