The Clariane Group, which has been present in Spain since 2019 through its expert brands Seniors, Ita, Grupo 5, and Iterias, holds a leading position in the health and medico-social sector with a network of 164 facilities covering the entire country. Clariane is a major player in the care of the elderly through its care homes, and also has the largest network of mental health centres in Spain.

Long-term Care
Clariane has been operating medicalised nursing homes in Spain since 2019, under the Seniors Residencias brand. In addition to long-term accommodation and short stays, many Seniors Residencias facilities offer day care.
Specialty Care
Clariane is Spain’s leading mental health provider under the Ita Salud Mental, Grupo 5 and Cian and Iterias brands. Clariane contributes to a comprehensive approach to mental healthcare from childhood and adolescence to old age, supporting people with eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders and behavioural problems. This care combines consultations, outpatient services and full hospitalisation if necessary. The approach focuses on continuity of care and patient autonomy.
Clariane also manages facilities and various social or medico-social services, including emergency or temporary accommodation, on behalf of public services. Finally, Clariane Spain works with people with intellectual disabilities, providing them with appropriate care and tailoring programmes to promote their inclusion and independence, involving their families in the process.
