It has operations in six countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.Relying on their diverse expertise, each year, the Group’s 63,000 professionals provide services to 900,000 patients and residents in three main areas of activity: care homes (Korian, Seniors Residencias, etc.), healthcare facilities and services (Inicea, Ita, Grupo 5, etc.), and alternative living solutions (Ages & Vie).
In June 2023, Clariane became a purpose-driven company and added to its bylaws a new corporate purpose, common to all its activities: “taking care of each person’s humanity in times of vulnerability”.

The Clariane Foundation is a corporate, non-profit organisation of public interest dedicated since 2023 to the theme “Enjoy Caring.” Its mission is to support caregivers and care professions by acting across three key areas: caregivers’ physical and mental well-being, the attractiveness and recognition of care careers, and the meaning and purpose of care. To achieve this, the Foundation leads studies and research, organises events, and develops prevention and communication initiatives in partnership with external organisations.

The Korian Germany Foundation for Care and Healthy Ageing is committed to high-quality care and to ageing with dignity. It supports innovative initiatives in care, research and training, placing care professionals at the heart of its action, while also supporting families and caregivers to ensure equitable access to quality care.
Korian Germany -
The FITA Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Spain, works to prevent, raise awareness of and improve understanding of mental health issues, promoting emotional well-being. It supports prevention, training, research and inclusion initiatives, while facilitating access to specialized care for the most vulnerable populations.
