Amandine Daviet started her career in 2003 at Danone where she was in charge of the legal aspects of the international distribution of the Danone products as well as M&A transactions and corporate aspects of the group. In 2007, she joined the lawfirm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, first based in Paris then in London, where she advised French and international clients on cross-border and international restructuration, merger and acquisition transactions for both listed and unlisted companies. In 2012, Amandine joined the legal department of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations where she embraced various positions in M&A, governance and project finance in France and abroad. She was also appointed as head of the M&A and corporate governance team. In 2018, she became group general counsel and compliance officer of Christian Dior Couture.
Amandine Daviet holds a master law degree in European business law from Paris V University and a master law degree in commercial law from Bristol University (UK). Amandine Daviet is also qualified as lawyer at the Paris Bar.
