Values Month: a key moment to bring to life what unites us

Clariane Group

What if a company’s values were best reflected in everyday actions? In the way we listen, cooperate, or simply care for others For the fourth consecutive year, Clariane is dedicating the month of June to the values that form the foundation of its shared culture: trust, responsibility and initiative. From 1 to 30 June 2026, employees across the Group will come together around concrete initiatives designed to foster dialogue, encourage collective engagement and bring our values to life as close as possible to the field. Led by the Values Ambassadors and local teams, this key annual event will bring together employees from both facilities and support offices through participatory, immersive and solidarity-based initiatives.

Back to basics: values that guide everyday actions

Values Month is also an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the tools and resources already available to employees to support reflection and day-to-day practices: the Clariane Fundamentals e-learning programme, the Ethics Charter, the Values Game and its digital version (the “And you, what would you do?” platform), as well as the Integrity Line whistleblowing system.

Beyond these resources, the aim is to encourage reflection and dialogue around everyday situations, helping everyone bring the Group’s values to life and strengthen the culture of care that guides our relationships with the people we support, their loved ones and our colleagues.

A change of perspective through “Live My Life”

Spending a day alongside a healthcare support worker, following the daily routine of a chef, discovering the role of an activity coordinator, receptionist or maintenance technician: the “Live My Life” initiative has now become one of the highlights of Values Month in France, Germany and Belgium.

Through this immersion experience, support office employees gain a concrete understanding of the day-to-day realities within facilities, the challenges faced by teams and the diversity of professions that bring Clariane to life every day. It is a human experience that fosters mutual understanding, strengthens connections between teams and highlights the importance of every role in supporting vulnerable people.

In France, the initiative will be extended through a reverse “Live My Life” experience, enabling facility employees to discover support office professions in return.

A practical way to break down silos, strengthen relationships and gain a better understanding of each other’s roles.

Well-being, a culture of care and collective engagement

Because caring for others also means caring for our teams, several initiatives this year will focus on quality of life and working conditions.

In France, webinars organised in partnership with Malakoff Humanis will address practical topics such as sedentary lifestyles, women’s health and addictions. A dedicated campaign on benevolent care practices will also encourage discussion around best practices and everyday challenges.

Another unifying initiative is the “Let’s Move Together” Challenge, which will invite employees to take part in collective well-being and physical activity challenges in support of an association backed b

Local initiatives that tell the story of our values in different ways

Across several countries, teams have designed original initiatives to bring our values to life in a simple, practical and engaging way.

In Italy, the “Pay It Forward” initiative, inspired by the traditional caffè sospeso, will encourage employees to leave thoughtful gestures or kind messages for their colleagues. An interactive quiz based on everyday situations will also help spark conversations about empathy and workplace relationships.

In Belgium, care facilities will be invited to contribute to collaborative posters dedicated to the Group’s values, sharing ideas, experiences and personal stories.

In Spain, meanwhile, the Values Photo Contest will return for its third edition. Employees, residents, patients and families will be invited to capture through photography what trust, responsibility and initiative mean to them.

A month to strengthen connections

The Clariane Foundation’s Engagement Days, participation in the Course des Héros, interdepartmental open days at Clariane’s Paris headquarters… throughout the month of June, numerous initiatives will encourage encounters, dialogue and collective engagement.

Beyond the activities themselves, Values Month remains above all a moment of sharing for our teams. A time to step back from day-to-day practices, get to know one another better and remember that values take on their full meaning when they are lived collectively, every day, together.

Values Month is an essential collective moment for bringing to life, in a tangible way, what unites us at Clariane. Behind trust, responsibility and initiative are above all the women and men who, every day, choose to listen, to engage and to care for others. Through the many initiatives organised once again this year across all our countries, we aim to encourage dialogue, strengthen connections between teams and remind ourselves that our culture is built first and foremost on the ground, together.
