Hear Every Voice: Celebrating the Clariane Community in 2025

On 10 June 2025, an inspiring event took place in Valencia: the third Clariane Community Convention, with the theme of “Hear Every Voice” The event saw more than 200 professionals come together in the impressive auditorium of the Auditorio Oceanogràfic to share, consider and celebrate the achievements of a company guided by its deep commitment to diversity and human values".
At Clariane, there is no hierarchy when it comes to care. An intern’s idea can be as inspiring as that of a director, and a veteran’s experience can be enriched by the fresh thinking of someone new to the organisation. This concept resonated particularly in Valencia, a community which showed its resilience when facing challenges like the Campanar fire and the Dana weather system.
More than 200 people met to recognise its trajectory, accumulating years of experience in different areas: its identity, which develops unique relationships with local communities through interdisciplinary teams: its successes, triumphs big and small which have improved the lives of thousands of people.
The event included an emotional tribute to the 309 local professionals who, through their unwavering support, eased the suffering of the most vulnerable. The tribute ended with bouquets of flowers, applause and a charity project reminding us that every act matters.
Innovation and recognition
Sophie Boissard, CEO of Clariane, highlighted the company’s commitment to collective growth.
The convention recognised the contribution of the teams at Clariane España, with the introduction of the new Juntos project and progress reports on other new projects. This recognition was shared by members of the Spanish executive committee and the centre directors.
Anne-Charlotte Dimny, President of Clariane España, and Philippe Morin, CEO, presented the 2026-2030 strategic plan, which includes technological investments in AI and cybersecurity systems. “Each advance will simplify the lives of those who place their trust in us”, emphasised Anne-Charlotte Dymny.
Acknowledgements and celebration
The gala acknowledged centres which stood out for their sustainability, satisfaction, and reduction in the use of restraints, among other things. The event ended with a tribute to Susana García-Arias, for her 25 years of service, a reminder that its people are the heart of Clariane.
Finally, we enjoyed a performance from GuitarCello, a musical duo who play the guitar and cello and who are committed to mental health issues.
The 2025 Clariane Convention was a reminder that when voices are heard, there is less pain in the world and hope can grow. As Philippe Morin said, “We are a driving force behind social change, and we need every voice to be heard to achieve this”.
