“Succeed Together”, our corporate project through 2028

Following on from our “At Your Side” corporate project, rolled out from 2023 to 2026, Clariane is embarking on a new chapter in 2026 with “Succeeding Together”, our strategic roadmap through 2028.

Four strategic priorities to support our development

    Provide every patient and resident with care and support tailored to their needs and expectations, while continuously improving the quality of the care and services we deliver.
  2. Invest in our teams and their skills
    The quality of our care and services depends first and foremost on the women and men who deliver them every day. Clariane continues to invest in training and skills development, notably through Clariane University, while strengthening its management culture and employee value-sharing schemes.
  3. Strengthen and share our medical expertise
    Advance our practices by drawing on the expertise of our medical communities, innovation and the sharing of best practices across Europe, in order to provide increasingly personalised, ethical and measurable care.
  4. Accelerate our digital and technological transformation
    Harness data, digital solutions and new technologies to improve the quality and accessibility of care, while increasing the efficiency of our organisations.
