Move In Med
Move In Med specialises in the development of e-health services and tools to improve the care pathways of patients with chronic diseases. The care pathways it designs combine personalised support for patients with the provision of a personalised and secure digital space. Move In Med develops and markets solutions that include UNIQ, a web platform for care coordination and remote patient monitoring.
Technosens
Designs and develops ergonomic digital solutions that promote social ties and interactions between residents or patients and their families in healthcare and medical-social facilities. Thanks to Technosens, Clariane has developed the “Korian Familles” app, which includes a connected box designed specifically for seniors and a simple digital environment that facilitates social ties and the sharing of information between the facility, the residents (TV and connected tablets), and families (dedicated app).
Omedys
Omedys supports the implementation of a new model of medical practices called “Télémédical Solution”: in medical deserts, Omedys organises assisted and augmented teleconsultations for patients without a general practitioner. In a room near their home, patients are assisted by a health professional during a teleconsultation, which is carried out by local doctors who are part of the “Télémédical Solution” medical practice.
