Rémi Boyer

Group Chief Human Ressources Officer and Executive Vice President Germany

Graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure, holder of a French Agrégation of History and a Master’s Degree of International Relations and action abroad, Rémi Boyer spent the majority of his career in industrial companies before joining Clariane in August 2016.

Rémi Boyer spent 12 years in Group Arcelor Mittal, where he held various positions as General Secretary and as Operational Human Resources Director in a strongly international context. In 2010, he joined PSA Peugeot Citroën Group as VP HR Development then in 2013, he became VP R&D HR and Support, before being appointed as VP Talents and Top Management of PSA Group in 2015.

He joined Clariane as Group Human Resources Officer from 23 August 2016. He was in charge of CSR from 2016 to 2022.

Rémi Boyer is the managing director of Korian Germany since October 16th 2023.
