Kevin Kaffazi holds a master’s degree in health law and economics from the University of Montpellier (France) and a master’s degree in Management, Marketing and Business from ESG in Montpellier (France). 

Moreover, Kevin Kaffazi has followed additional training in Public Speaking at the École nationale d'administration and on innovation management at the business school ESSCA. 

Kevin Kaffazi began his career in the health sector as an executive assistant in clinics and medicalised nursing homes before joining the Clariane Group in 2016 as Deputy Director of a medicalised nursing home in Perpignan and then in Sérignan and finally as Director of the division in Béziers. He is now Regional Director for Occitanie of the Inicea brand of the Clariane group.

At the same time, Kevin Kaffazi is engaged within the Clariane Group as:

  • Elected Chairman of the Employee Share Ownership – FCPE Korus
  • Member of the Board of Directors of the Clariane Foundation
