Clariane launches Iterias in Spain, a new brand dedicated to psychotherapy for all

Clariane Group

Iterias

Clariane, a leading European provider of care and support for vulnerable people, continues its development and reaffirms its commitment to addressing major social challenges. With the launch of Iterias, a new brand created by Clariane Spain, the Group is taking action to make psychotherapy accessible to everyone.

In Spain, one in three people experiences a mental health problem. The most common conditions include anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, and depression . Iterias supports individuals suffering from mild to moderate emotional or psychological issues at every stage of life, through personalised care plans based on a holistic approach that takes into account each patient’s environment and specific needs. The official launch of Iterias took place on Tuesday, 21 October, with the opening of the first Iterias centre, Paseo de Gracia, in Barcelona.

As a leader in mental health in Spain, Clariane now brings together Ita Salud Mental, Grupo 5, Cian, and Iterias, offering a comprehensive continuum of care covering all ages and needs — from childhood and adolescence to older adults. The Group supports individuals affected by eating disorders, neurodevelopmental or behavioural conditions, in a variety of settings: clinics, day hospitals, psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation centres, social integration facilities, and outpatient consultations.

A long-term commitment to mental health
With Iterias, Clariane continues to pursue its ambition to meet society’s growing mental health needs, in line with its mission to care for the humanity of each person in times of vulnerability.
New Iterias centres will open in the coming years, strengthening an accessible, human, and sustainable model of care rooted in local communities.

The opening of the first Iterias centre marks a new step in Clariane’s ongoing commitment to innovation and social responsibility in Spain. With Iterias, we are taking concrete action to make mental health accessible to all, built on quality of care, continuity of support, and trust in the therapeutic relationship.

With Iterias, we aim to build on the expertise of our Spanish teams, internationally recognised for their research and evidence-based approach. This new service will allow a wider public, living with milder disorders, to benefit from early, high-quality care before potential deterioration.
