EHPAD: "We need to recruit 5,000 more staff next year", says Korian's CEO

The Korian group says it has succeeded in recruiting 5,000 people this year, and hopes to recruit as many in 2023. The group's CEO, Sophie Boissard, points to pay rises for care assistants and nurses since 2019.
