Clariane publishes its 2025 Universal Registration Document

Clariane Group

Clariane announces the publication of its 2025 Universal Registration Document, filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF). The document includes the Annual Financial Report and the Integrated Report. It provides a comprehensive overview of the Group’s financial and non-financial performance, governance and commitments, in line with its purpose: “Taking care of each person’s humanity in times of vulnerability.”

2025 was marked by strong mobilisation across the Group in a demanding economic environment. Clariane completed, six months ahead of schedule, the financial strengthening plan launched in 2023. The disposal programme carried out during the year accelerated the strategic refocus on its two complementary core businesses: long-term care and specialty care. This milestone continues the transformation journey initiated by the Group.

Non-financial indicators demonstrate the consistency of Clariane’s commitments: high levels of patient and resident satisfaction, sustained investment in employee training, and ongoing attention to care quality and working conditions.

These achievements reinforce Clariane’s fundamentals and underpin the deployment of the 2025–2028 strategic plan, Succeeding Together, focused on sustainable growth and responsible performance for the benefit of all stakeholders.

We are relying more than ever on the quality of our expertise and the excellence of our operating model.

Sophie Boissard Chief Executive Officer of Clariane
