Holder of a Bachelor’s in social Worker and a Bachelor’s in Orthopedagogy, Ms Sofie Marckx joined the Clariane Group as administrative assistant, receptionist and social worker at the Sorgvliet residential care centre in Belgium in 2013. In this position, she is responsible for daily reception & telephony, inclusion and follow-up of residents, waiting list management or File Management. In 2019, she started the director's journey through internal training to become Director six months later, in the same residence, Sorgvliet.
Her numerous professional experiences as an educator or monitor enable her to identify needs, wants and shortages to satisfy residents' requests. Ms Sofie Marckx is also in charge of the billing of the residents, personal administration and multidisciplinary consultation while participating in the different projects.
Ms Sophie Marckx is representing Clariane’s young leader.
